Sunlit Cattery is located in the tri-city area of Albany, the capital of New York State.

Our first love, since registering Sunlit in 1974, is the Shaded and Smoke Persian.
We specialize in Shaded Cameos, but do have occasional Shaded Torties.
Our smoke colors are red, black and tortie.

I fell in love with Cameos before I knew what they were. The sparkly red tipped Persians, with snow white undercoats and beautiful deep copper eyes! Even to this day, in my mind, there's no color more awesome than a Cameo Persian in full show coat, swishing around on the judging table or dashing madly thru the house! They'll always be my "Kitties In Red"

At Sunlit Cattery, we believe that healthy cats living in a clean, stress free environment is the most important thing in a breeding program. Next is soundness of body & mind.
