Location -  Across the street from the beach, near Surfer's, The Sunset Bay Beach Club, and Sunset Bay Deli, 2 marinas within 3 blocks. 

2 Bedrooms - Bedroom One has a double bed.  Bedroom Two has bunk beds (bottom bunk is a double, top is a single) and a single bed.  Ceiling fans in both rooms.

Living room - Cathedral ceilings, ceiling fan, wall-to-wall carpeting, sectional couch, and cable TV w/ remote. 

Kitchen - Ceramic floor, dishwasher, full kitchen amenities complete with anything you may need for cooking, separate eating area with kitchen table with seating for at least four.

Bathroom -  Shower, sink, toilet.

Deck - Large deck with patio set with umbrella.  Fenced in yard with fire-pit.

Parking - Room for 3 cars on Newton Rd side of house.
