The next time we talk about love, I think I'll ask you what you're looking for in a man. You'll answer back with a few important qualities. It'll crush me because some of those qualities I will not possess. It will crush me even more that I will possess some others.
No matter to you, as I will keep an open face. You will ask me what I am looking for in a woman. And I will answer, "If you want to know the truth, I'm searching for your twin sister. Because I want somebody exactly like you. But somebody who I can take a chance at falling in love with, without risking any trust from this blossoming friendship that we have."
You will fall silent. I will eat my words.
A creative idea, but the translation is the same. "I love you." There's no other way to say it, so please don't hold it against me.
