a brief description of the program, setup information, and program number
in the body of the message.

attach the *.syx file
-
attach a short .mp3 of the sound
-
alternatively, you may .zip the .syx and .mp3 together if you want to really
be nice.
NOTE: I PREFER MP3 FILES,
BUT IF YOU MUST SEND A .WAV, PLEASE KEEP IT VERY SHORT, AND I WILL
CONVERT IT FOR YOU
