Teddy Bears

Teddybears don't care
about the color of your hair
or if your eyes are green or blue
or brown or amber too

Or the color of your skin
or how many clubs you're in
or all that money in your hand
oh don't you understand?

Teddybears love you still
even when you're ill
or when your clothes are torn
not for the brand you've worn

For the hugs and love you give
man, woman, or little kid
they don't care if you're a movie star
and drive a fancy car

Teddy bears don't care
they just love
Shouldn't we all learn a lesson
from the sweet old teddy bear?
