Well, we all make mistakes. Apparently the closest thing to a computer that Harry had dealt with previously was the digital speedometer on his Oldsmobile Cutlass.

But Harry is a kindly, skittish type, and we just don't have the heart to fire him. So, Harry usually mans the site on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. If you can't get through during those times, it's probably because something started beeping, and sweet, frightened Harry just shut everything off to avoid having to figure out the source of the noise.
