Anguish in Exile, demo TAPE
On "Abandoned" Anguish in Exile weld the post-Sabbath riff and grind
of Robots.. faves 3D House of Beef to tinny electro beats and intense
death vocals. Elsewhere they add a synth to the mix and bury the
guitars---a bad move but still sounding considerably rougher than much
current industrial with its sequenced soullessness---that's rough as
in aggression and rough in as dirty production, the rawness really
giving some power and edge to the sound. 3 tracks, $5 (US) $6
