The second single release from R*E*P*E*A*T fanzine is nothing to do
with NWA but is everything to do with pop. The protagonists on this
4-way split are Ex-Boyfriends, The Saffs, Hinton and The Friday's and
they all dish up a different flavour of the vital tuneage: (in order)
solid guitar pop, crunchy speed pop, indie britpop and organ-led
bouncy pop. Top marks go to The Saffs and The Friday's, but at only a
quid-and-a-half with a fanzine, you can't really go wrong: 7 Ferry
