Hell On The Dial was a two and a half hour block of sheer boredom (the kind of programming the cable commission claimed they wanted). We took a camera down to, and set up in the studios of the University of Minnesota's radio station, WMMR (now known as 770 Radio K, KUOM). We documented 2 shows on the now popular alterna-rock station, the all local show, and the an hour of normal rotation.
Hell On The Dial was a very good look at the inner workings of a real radio station, and how boring it can actually get when you play a format of music that was, at this time, not a popular format.
