As I have told you, Andy Summer is in Brazil, I had the privilege to attend his concert yesterday and it was terrific . He played with a brazilian guitarist, I was amazed at the wonders two acoustic guitars can make, provided they are in very talented hands, of course. They gave two concerts, one right after the other, as there were people queueing to see them in the cold rain.
After the show Dennis Smith, Andy's webmaster (remember?, took me to the dressing room where I actually met the man!! Oh boy, was I happy!
The concert was really sublime and I was happy to be there. Andy played with a brazilian guitarist (I forgot his name!!!), I don't really know most of the songs by name, but they were all familiar. They played a few brazilian songs and a couple of POlice hits. An album is just about to be released, if you want I can give you details as soon as I get it. He is staying here for 2 weeks with many concerts scheduled
