Hi friends,

I was in Montecarlo Saturday night for the last european concert of the Mercury tour and once again I was shocked for the energy of this tour..

With the help of a friend I get a backstage adhesive-pass and I was lonely in front of the stage during the soundcheck. The soundcheck takes about 10 minutes just enough to play the beginning of 'Hounds of...' and the middle part of Roxanne.

It was very funny at the beginning of the soundcheck when Sting and Kenny have played the CIRCUS melody jingle 'cause the concert was in a large Circus tend close to the sea.

Before to leave the soundcheck Sting told a little joke about an elephant in a circle and everybody laughed including me.

The concert was without surprise in the set list but for ISHCSC Sting picked up a friend of mine from Italy called LIDIA and she was very very funny watching all the time at his body and showing her Police T-shirt!

I have speak with Clark and Butch and they explain me that probably during the 6 NY shows an official audio recording will be broadcasted but they don't know how and when (sorry american friends).

Ok Dominic and Vinnie were very happy in Montecarlo probably because they come back to USA and maybe because the italian Vinnie girlfriend were present in the backstage.....

I have promised that the last concert I have seen in Frankfurt was the N. 12 and last of Mercury falling but I could not resist to join my italian friend in Montecarlo for this last opportunities in a 1000 seats place.
