Why I had to move
Believe me, I hated having to move the Tori Bootleg Discography off of the World, who has been my access provider since 1990 or so, but they still have not found a way to affordably provide web access to people. When I started up my web page, they provided me with 1000 hits per month and 2 megs of data out a month. Above that was $1 every 2 megs out. I didn't think that would be a big deal, and I kept up with it. As the Discography grew in size and popularity, I began to lose track of it. Soon, my 2 megs were being swallowed up the first day of the month, and my monthly net bill came to almost $100 a month. Try as I might, I couldn't get the World to offer me a flat-rate service, so I decided that I had to seek services elsewhere.
While I realize that Geocities doesn't have quite as robust of a connection as the World did, (not that the World's speed was *that* great anyway..) this move is the only way I could find to keep giving you all the information that I wanted to in the Tori Bootleg Discog without any cost to you. I had no desire to ask for donations for the page, and I didn't want to take advertisers, so I had to move to another web provider.
Please let me know if you have any comments or suggestions, and enjoy the Tori Amos Bootleg discography in it's new home.
