David´s Tatoos

The tides pick up strange things and bring them to shore, leaving them bare as a stripper in the sand. The Tasmanian Devil is one of those strange things. Once a perisheral cartoon character (the ones that don´t talk are always peripheral), he was popular in the tattoo shops and now he´s got his own TV Show with a family and everything. Pretty cool !
And pretty cliche´ in tattooland. But not all Taz tattoos are created equal. Long ago and far away, an eighteen-year-old David Bryan took the plunge and got himself a Taz. It was a scratch job, and it faded away. All owners of scratch jobs should be so lucky.
Twelve-odd years later, Taz was reborn by the Dutchman in Vancouver, complete with a brand new keyboard !

But we ´re not here to graze on the appatizers. Feast on the Joker - a Joker of high caliber and superhuman stamina. A Joker that will not be daunted. „It´s me," David said. „I´m a comedian, always telling jokes. If you look closely, the card has keys on it, keyboard keys. That was added just for me !" Another feature not readily available for public scrutiny is that the tongue and eyes were done in black light ink. Under that special illumination, they´ll give up their secret.
The dutchman in Vancouver did it all. „We were on our way to Alaska from Vancouver," David said. „I had a day off and I just went into the chair for six-and-a-half hours. As you can imagine, I was kinda sore while playing the next day."
David Bryan´s Taz is the exception to the cliche´cartoon figure. His has been taken to a level above the rest and it´s a prime example f rearranging a classic and adding something fresh to eliminate the constrictive boundaries of tradition.
