"Okay boys,in the car." My dad told everybody.
"Hey!This time getting window Zac!!" I yelled as I shoved
him off the seat.
"Well excuse me sunshine!" He said as he sat somewhere
else.
As we drove off,I looked in Marie's window and saw her
waving good-bye to me.I waved to her until she was out of
sight.
"Tay,why are you sad?" Asked my lil' brother Mack.
"Well it's because I have to leave Marie behind and I'll
miss her." I replyed.
"Well why doesn't she come along?" He asked.
"Because Mercury wants this to be a boy trip,next year
maybe everybody will go." I said.
"Oh,okay." He said as he layed his head back.
I looked out the window and watched the houses go by,I let
out a big sigh and closed my eyes.
"Okay boys,everybody out!" My dad yelled as he turned off
the car.
We gathered our stuff and went inside the airport.We
dropped off our luggage,but took our packs with us.
"Come on guys,B6 is over there!" My dad said as he pointed
out our section.We waited for about half an hour until we
were able to board.
I looked out the window one last time to take a glimpse of
Tulsa.It may be just a year,maybe less,but I would still
miss her deeply.
"Man,you act like you're never gonna see her again!" Ike
said.
"Oh fuck you Ike!You don't know how I feel now,I lost her
once and I'm not gonna lose her again!" I replyed just
about letting everybody know.
"Well sorry,oh before I forget.She left somethin' in your
pack." Ike said as he went back to listening to his music.
I looked in my pack and found two things.Her golden charm
and a picture of us the day before we broke up.
As I was putting my stuff away,I found a note written by
her.It read,
Hey Tay!
I'm gonna miss you.Just don't let me stop you from having
fun.Sleep twice a day,just kidding.
Keep in touch with me and don't forget me.Oh,before I
forget I'm gonna visit you in a while.Your mom told me
about it,and I didn't have time to say it to you,
so I gave it to Mackie to put it in your pack.See you in a
couple of months!

Love,Marie.
I closed the letter up and carefully placed it in my pack.
"So what'd she say?" Ike asked.
"Oh nothin' much.Just that she'll come out and visit us in
a couple months." I replyed.
"What about dad?" He asked.
"Oh,she said that they let her go,and it was okay." I said
as I grabbed my cd player and put in my Sheryl Crow.
Hours and hours later we finally landed,and of course our
fans were waiting for us.
I didn't feel like smiling but then I thought *if it wasn't
for them,we wouldn't be here.so smile!*.So of course I
smiled.
Just as we were leaving,I heard whispering.
"Taylor Hanson...go ahead...go!!" Was what I heard.Just as
I was walking out the door,the girl caught up to me.
"Umm,excuse me.Are you Taylor Hanson?" She asked.
"Ya,I'm him." I said trying to sound happy.
"Umm,well I think you have my suitcase." She said as she
handed it to me.
"Oh,well here's yours." I said as I turned around.Then I
thought for a while about how rude it was to not thank her.
"Hey!" I yelled.
"Ya."
"Thanks a lot.I don't think I would look right in
skirts and dresses." I said.
"That's something I definatly wouldn't want to see.I really
don't know about your clothing,you have great style." She
said as she began walking.
"Okay guys.Ike and Tay,you have room 3D,and the rest of you
share a room with me in 6D." My dad said as he handed Ike
the key.
"Boy am I tired.Our car breaking down and being chased by
girls for 30 minutes isn't what i call peaceful." I said as
I collpsed on the bed.
"I feel your pain bro." Ike said as he turned on the tv.
"Why don't you call Marie and tell her you made it.And tell
her how much you 'miss her'." He said.
"Not a bad idea." I said.
"Hey mom!Ya,we're fine.Ya,okay....no...yes.Okay...Mom!"
"Ya Tay." My mom said.
"Can I speak to Marie?" I asked.
"Sure,hold on." She said as she called Marie's name.
"Hello?" She asked.
"Hi baby!Missed you." I said.
"Ya me too.I think I'll last.So how was your flight and the
fans?" She asked.
"Well,everything was fine until our car broke down.Then we
were chased by girls for about thirty minutes and then we
were stuck in traffic." I replyed.
"Woah!That sucks.So you read the letter?" Marie asked.
"Yup,I read it.Can't wait to see you." I said.
"I have to go now." She said.
"Okay,love you."
"Love you too.Bye!"
"Bye!" I said as I hung up the phone.
