Jack Ruby (the band) Censored,  Jeremy Forehand,  Dan Hagen,  Kristen Grav,  Chris Waters

Hello there. We are Jack Ruby an underground band from Waynesboro, VA.  Our music is often described as heavy ever-changing guitar licks backed with grooving bass and drums, topped off with a soft voice. This all adds up to compile a musical form that has been compared to such bands as the Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, and the Meat Puppets. Our band consists of five members. First up is our lead guitarist Chris Waters. His many different licks and methods of playing provide for a wide range of sounds. Chris works at a funeral home and cremates people for a living. Second we have Kristen Grav. Kristen plays back-up guitar. She joined the band when she started playing the guitar so as our music developed so did she. Her style is perfect for backing a lead like Chris. Third we have Mr. Daniel Hagen, bass guitarist extraordinare. Daniel fits into the groove catagory as far as bass guitar goes. Fourth we have Jeremy Forehand on drums.  Jeremy is a drumming fool. He is just a hyper nerd that has to get his energy out somehow so he beats around on the skins all day. Last but not least we have A person not in the band anymore our newest member.  The person who is not in the band anymore is our singer. We went through heck trying to find the right singer for our music and we finally found what we were looking for in this person who is no longer in the band. And that's all folks!!!
