It was discovered that in 2000, there was a Catonsville subculture that had dancing trouble. With an Abercrombie and Fitch detailed examination, they found the following things: There is a Catonsville subculture who CAN'T dance. Their leader, one Joe Hamilton, has been coercing fellow Can't Dancers into believing they are normal.
