Squanch (pronounced 'Skwunch' by the way) are a trio of loony guys from Adelaide, Australia. We met at a drug rehabilitation centre, after we each had become addicted to the smoking of banana skin (we're very serious people too). Our style could best be described as, well, "music" I guess. If you want to know exactly what we sound like then listen to some of our banana infected demos here. Our influences include such bands as Pearl Jam, Primus, Regurgitator, Rage Against the Machine, Led Zeppelin and many more. The members of Squanch are :






Guitar/Vocals



Tim recently began to smoke banana skin again when he found out that his beloved homebrew collection had been used to water his parents garden.







Bass Guitar



Steven began smoking banana skin again when he realised that his 'sheepish' hair had begun to fall out.







Drums



Nathan took up the habit of banana skin smoking again when he realised, not that the hair on his head, but rather the hair on his chest, had begun to fall out.







At the moment we have a demo CD out, titled "Which Way To Go", which includes the four tracks, "Squanch", "Which Way To Go", "Pick Me", and "Wanna Be". Samples of these songs can be heard at the sounds page. Anyone wanting info on our demo can e-mail me here.
