Kiss & Tell

Compiled by Twister Cornell

I'd like to thank Siobahn O'Farrell, a student at the University of Dublin, for sharing her story of her evening with our own Nick Seymour.

Lips

"When Irish Lips are Happy"

It was a couple of years ago when I ran into Nick in a pub on Grafton Street in Dublin on Friday night. The pub was crowded and everyone was engaged in lively conversation except for Nick. I gathered up my courage and headed in his direction. He already had a few pints in him when we started talking, but it wasn't long before he was buying me pints as well. About one in the morning I said that I needed to be heading home, and he offered to walk me back to my flat. When we reached my door he said that he had quite enjoyed talking with me that evening as he had been feeling a bit down since the break up of the band. Then Nick, always the gentleman, asked if I'd mind if he kissed me goodnight. "Mind?" I said, "I'd be insulted if you didn't!" As he leaned into me he slipped his arms around my waist and soon I felt the cool sweetness of his lips on mine.
