Well since i started this site people have E-Mailed me requesting information on the equpment i use, years ago i would have said" Drums" but times have changed, there are many types of wood used to produce drums each giving you a differnt tone and feel. I will give updated information on all the products i use and places you can research these products youself. All of it is Pro-Equipment i feel if you purchase good quality equipment it will handle the bashing, smashing and the abuse of road travel. Since my set-up changes to accomadate differnt styles of music it my be different next week or month.

I have played many drum kits Tama, Ludwig, DW, AYOTTE (Custom Drums), Sonar, Yamaha, and Pearls. Since i play in a "Power Trio" the gutiar is stong (LOUD), i wanted a kit that would cut through with power and strong tones.

I play Master Stuido series drums by Pearl. My kit consists of 10x10- 10x12 - 12x14 Mounted toms, also mounted on R.M.S system (Rim Mount System) meaning no holes or brackets on the drums themselves this improves the tone of all drums. They are mounted on seprate stands, no holes or bracket on the bass drum either. The floor tom is 14x16 and the Bass Drum is 16x22. I use REMO HEADS using different types of heads will produce different tones i like the pinstripes they give me the strength to meet the extreme physical demands of my power playing without sacrificing the tone-quality.

My cymbals are mix and match Playing ZILDJIANcymbals 14"HiHats, 18" Crash Brilliant, 16" Thin Crash and 22" Medium Ride, I also use SABIANcymbals 10" Splash and 18"Chinese both penetrate with great biting accents and effects. Snare Drum was provided by Drum Workshop,Inc Unlike the rest of my drums wich are (Birch) the snare is (Maple) custom 3"x16" it has more punch than deeper snares with a slightly higer pitch.

STANDS- Various types some are custom to fit different applications, Example i have 8" & 10" Timbalies mounted under my HiHats. To power this kit i use DAVE WECKL SIGNATURE series sticks.

I also have Cowbells, Chimes, Bongos, and other LP instruments.
