FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 3RD, 1999:

Yes, I'm still alive. Yes, I'm still trading. Oh, YES, I am *REALLY* interested in *ANY* new Bush or Our Lady Peace stuff, as well as various things from the other bands I trade for. Feel free to email me with any trade offers or requests. I'm currently living in London, Ontario, which is about 2 hours away from where I used to live. I don't have *any* of my tapes here for bootlegging, but I *can* set up trades and then make and send off tapes whenever I go home. Videos are another issue, but if you really want one, email me and I'll see what we can work out. I'll be home for Christmas vacation on Dec. 12th and I'm not coming back to London till Jan. 9th, so if you want to set uo a trade for over the holidays, email me ASAP! This page is the only one that's been updated today, as I haven't listened to much new stuff lately cuz it's all at home. But I'll listen to it all over the break and get these pages updated.

***RULES***

If you have *any* problems with *any* of the following rules I have for trading, let me know and we can figure something out.

1) Use Maxell XLII 90min audios and Maxell Gold videos, taped only in SP (2 hours) mode. If you want to use another brand or length of tape, ask me first!

2) I don't send cases, stickers or J-cards in even trades. If I'm sending you 2 audios for a video, I'll send the cases, stickers and J-cards. I always send the stickers for videos and expect you to as well.

3) Don't write on J-cards or stickers. Put show info on a separate sheet of paper. Include all show info you know (date, location, setlist). Label the tapes with a Post-It note or something so I can tell them apart.

4) Let me know in advance of cut songs. Cut songs on my tapes are noted in the setlists.

5) Always mail tapes in padded envelopes.

6) Keep in email contact with me.

7) I will trade with newbies and do 2:1s.

8) If I've never traded with you before and you ask for the trade, you'll have to send my stuff before I mail yours. Sorry, but I've been ripped off a few too many times. Don't worry, I have tons of references and you will get your stuff as long as I get mine, no problem =)

***TWO MONTH RULE:*** If, after two months of finalizing our trade, I haven't received my tapes, you will be listed under my Bad Traders. I don't care what the reason is, cuz two months is definitely long enough to send me my stuff.

***B*U*S*H Bootlegs***

I know I should've updated the Bush news a *LONG* time ago, back when The Science of Things came out, but I've been spending all my time listening to it and enjoying the new Bush material. It's different, for sure, but I luv it and I'm really psyched for the Dec. 16th concert at the Warehouse in Toronto. Yes, the free concert that you can only win tickets to...I'll be there! If you are going too, let me know, and especially mail me if you're planning on taping it. It's going to rock...about 2000 Bush fans together for the first time in over two years! There are a couple of things to mention in the world of Bush, the first thing being that either "Jesus Online" or "Letting the Cables Sleep" will be the second single from the new album. Different sources have reported different things, so it looks like we'll just have to wait for a confirmation. Also, Bush is slated to perform on Jay Leno on Dec. 14th, and rumour has it they'll be performing Cables.

***Veruca Salt Bootlegs***

A bunch of Nina's new songs can be heard if you can get yourself a copy of Nina's Lilith Fair shows. The ones she performed at the various shows were "Got Me Down," "2003," "Hold on to Me," "Too Slow to Ride," "Fade to Black," "Benjamin," and "Horses in the City," which will be the first single from the album "Tonight and the Rest of My Life," which is now not going to be released till the spring! Other tracks on the album include "Like it Happens Everyday," "Black and Blonde," "Now I Can Die," and "Hate Your Way." As for news about Louise and the upcoming (new) Veruca Salt album, the title is rumoured to be "The Bitch is Back" and it is supposed to be released on Beyond Records in early 2000, preceded by a four to six week tour in November and a first single in December. The 6 dates for this mini-tour have been anounced, and since none of them are Canadian dates I won't list them here, but you can go to Pollstar to find them. I believe they're all Midwest USA shows. Among songs to be included on the album are "Officially Dead," "Yeah Man," "Bombshells and Pin-Ups," "Pretty Boys," "Wet Suit," "Used to Know Her," "Imperfectly," "The Same Person," "Hellraiser," "Best You Can Get," "Disconnected," and "Born Entertainer." Whew, sounds like a full tracklisting!

***Garbage Bootlegs***

Hmm, what's going on with Garbage these days...Well, they're selling Garbage nailpolish and lip gloss at www.garbage.com, but since my computer can't view that page, I haven't been able to buy any. I've seen what the nailpolish looks like though, and it's pretty funky and Shirley-ish. The gang has also recorded the theme to the upcoming James Bond flick, entitled "The World is Not Enough". That single was released on November 15th, and I have to say that it's pretty amazing. Finally, a Garbage Double B-Side compilation is going to be released in early 2000, and it will include rare songs as well as a few new ones, such as "Silence is Golden" and "Till the Day I Die." One last note: There is supposedly a film coming out soon called "Lucas" that will include a new song by Garbage entitled "Loser in Love."

***Matchbox 20/Our Lady Peace/Sarah McLachlan Bootlegs***

I have no clue what's going on with MB20 these days, though I assume they're working on their second album. The only thing I definitely know for sure is that "Smooth", the song that Rob Thomas did vocals for with Santana, is a great song! The latest OLP album, "Happiness is Not a Fish That You Can Catch", is *AWESOME*, and once you get it, I highly recommend listening to Blister, Thief and Is Anybody Home, the second single from that album. No Canadian dates have been set for them yet, except for the big New Year's Eve show in Ottawa, but look for dates to be set up for early 2000. Sarah, of course, has finished the final Lilith Fair and is resting, I suppose. And that's it!

***Coming Attractions***

Things that I will be receiving soon, updated often!

***Other Traders (Good and Evil!)***

A list of cool people I've traded with, as well as their email addresses and what bands they trade for. Look out for the bad traders listed here!

***Webrings***

A page that displays the webrings I'm in...a good place to go to find other traders.

***THIS PAGE WILL BE UNDER CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION...My apologies for being HTML-illiterate***
