Truncator, a new breed of brutal death metal, was spawned in Plano, Texas - USA. The members were all a part of another band in the Dallas area, Fit of Anger. FOA's vocalist got a little paranoid one day and kicked JV and DT out of the band, claiming, "I'm tired of being stabbed in the back!"
He was refering to the fact that DT, JV and MT would play and write other songs when the other two members were at work. He began to think they were going to start another band or something... a little something called TRUNCATOR!
DT and JV wasted no time in moving their equipment out of the jamroom. MT, the baddest drummer around, naturally decided to go with the core of the band to work on the "new project". Four months later, a fresh new demo tape had arrived. The best part about it? All the music and lyrics were brand new. New riffs, new lyrics, new philosophy. The three had found they never needed the other two. DT and JV took over the vocal duties, and TRUNCATOR was officially born.
