Sidney had just about given up hope of Justin arriving when the doorbell
rang. She went to the door and opened it.
"Sorry I'm late," Justin said walking in.
Sidney didn't say anything and closed the door. Justin looked at Sidney. "Wow, you look gorgeous."
"Don't think compliments are going to get you anywhere."
"Well, what about this..." Justin leaned over and began planting kisses over Sidney's neck.
She pushed him back slightly. "Justin, I waited for over an hour. Where were you?"
"I got caught up with work stuff," he said going back to kissing her.
"Well, you could've at least called."
Justin finally stopped and looked Sidney in the eyes. "Are you really upset about this?"
"I'm not upset...just a little disappointed."
"Don't be, I'm sorry and yes I should've called."
Sidney looked into his eyes and suddenly her anger melted away. "Just don't let it happen again, okay?"
"Yes, ma'am." Justin kissed Sidney again and suddenly grabbed her and flung her over his shoulder.
"Justin, what are you doing?!" Sidney yelled.
Justin walked upstairs with her and to her bedroom. "I'm going to make it up to you Miss Shago." He went into her room and shut the door behind them.
The next morning, Sidney woke up and instantly turned over. She smiled when she saw Justin asleep next to her. She leaned over and gently kissed him. His eyes slowly opened.
"Good morning," she whispered.
"Good morning."
"I'm happy you're here."
"So am I."
Sidney kissed him again and got up. "Hey, get back here," Justin said.
"I have to get going. It's already 10."
"What I have in mind will only take 2 minutes!"
"Oooo, you're bad."
"So, punish me!"
Sidney leaned across the bed and kissed Justin again. "Later, okay?"
"Ok, if I have to."
Sidney walked into the bathroom and got into the shower. Justin laid in the bed listening to the water from her shower. He was so happy being with her. He got up just as his cell phone rang. He looked through the clothes on the floor and finally found his phone. "Hello?"
"Justin..."
"JC? What's wrong?"
"I'm at the hospital."
"What?"
"There was an accident."
"When? Are you okay?"
"I'm fine I guess but Tyler..."
"Oh no man."
"He's going to be okay though but I'm not sure about Michelle."
"Who's that?"
"A girl I met at Sidney's party. She saved Tyler's life and she's hurt bad."
"JC, what hospital are you at."
"UCLA Hospital."
"Okay, I'll be there soon."
"Thanks J."
"Hang in there man." Justin hung up his cell and went to the bathroom. He opened the door...Sidney was standing there in her robe. "Hey baby."
"Hey."
Justin quickly jumped into the shower. Sidney was confused and worried. "Justin, is something up?" she said. She didn't get an answer. Justin got out the shower and quickly got dressed. Sidney put her clothes on and followed Justin downstairs.
"Justin stop! Now tell me what's wrong?"
"JC called me."
"So?"
"His son's been in an accident."
"Oh my God, Tyler!"
"This girl named Michelle's hurt too."
"Michelle?"
"Yeah, he met her at your party he said." Justin saw Sidney get really pale right before his eyes. "What's wrong Sid?"
"She...she's one of my best-friends."
"I'm sorry baby. I'm on my way to the hospital..."
"I'm coming."
Sidney and Justin rushed out the door and made their way to the hospital. Sidney couldn't imagine Michelle being there. She valued her friends a lot...they were her strength and losing Michelle would weaken her a great deal. She could only pray everything would be okay in the end.
