There was a party after the show at one of LA's most exclusive clubs which Joey happened to own. The club was jammed with the who's who of Hollywood. Sidney was going from person to person trying to thank everyone for their support. She had been congratulated by Donatella and Armani, personally, so she was floating on air. She just finished talking with Sean "Puffy" Combs when she saw a good friend of hers in the corner of her eye. She turned to him and she couldn't help but to smile.
"JC!"
JC turned to her as Sidney walked up to him. He embraced her in a hug. She was so beautiful that a man had to be insane not to be attracted to her but he had decided to keep her as just a friend.
"Sid, how are you?"
"Good and what about you, I heard you were writing and singing with big names like Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson?"
"Yeah, things are going well. Your show was great!"
"Thanks, so how's Ty?"
"He's fine, he's staying the night with Tracey's Mom so that's why I could come tonight."
"I'll have to stop by sometime so I can see him." "I'm sure he'd like that."
"JC?"
JC and Sidney turned as someone called JC's name. A young man walked up to them. Sidney had never seen him before but thought he was gorgeous. He had short, curly brown hair, bright blue eyes, a perfect smile, he was about 6' 1 and she could tell he had a great body, too.
"JC, I've been looking all over for you."
Justin finally noticed who JC was talking to. It was Sidney, the woman who had made his heart skip a beat. She was even more spectacular up close. She had long raven hair, sparkling brown eyes, beautiful golden skin and her body was to die for. The dress she had on fit her perfectly and showed off her feminine curves. Justin wanted to grab her right there but restrained himself.
"Justin, I want you to meet my friend Sidney. Sidney this is Justin."
Justin put his hand out and Sidney shook it. As soon as their hands touched, they could tell there was electricity between them.
"It's a pleasure to meet you."
"The pleasure's all mine Miss Shago."
"Sid, Justin is an actor."
"Wait a minute, you wouldn't happen to be Justin Timberlake would you?"
"Last time I checked."
"Well, I've been hearing an awful lot about you lately."
"Really, everywhere I go there's someone talking about Sidney Denelle Shago."
JC could sense the attraction between his two friends so he decided to excuse himself and leave them alone.
"Listen, I'm going to go and find Chris and I'll see you both later."
"It was nice seeing you JC, call me so we can get together."
"Will do. Later Justin."
"Later."
Justin and Sidney turned back to eachother and stood there in silence for a few seconds.
"So Justin, are you presently working on anything?"
"No, not at the moment. I just finished a movie with Susan Sarandon a few weeks ago and I start filming another picture in about a month in Italy."
"Really, where in Italy?"
"Um, Florence I think."
"I love Florence! I'll be leaving for Milan in a couple of months but I'll be in Madrid before then."
"What's in Spain?"
"Well, that's where my mother is from so I still have family there but also because I can concentrate better in Spain for some reason."
"So your mom's from Spain, what about your father? Sorry if I'm prying."
"No, it's okay, I love talking about my family. Well, my mother is Spanish but also Egyptian and my father is Greek and French."
"Wow, you're pretty well rounded."
"Yeah, I guess so."
"Your mother must be a very exotic woman to have such a beautiful daughter."
Sidney felt the blood rush to her face. She had received plenty of compliments before but coming from him they meant more.
"Do you want to go somewhere a little less noisy?"
"Sure lead the way."
Sidney grabbed Justin's hand and led him to her private room in the club.
