McGwire to appear at Halloween Havoc
Mark McGwire has reached a tentative agreement with World Championship Wrestling to accompany Bill
Goldberg to the ring at the upcoming Halloween Havoc PPV. World Championship Wrestling wanted to
have Mark McGwire actually wrestle in a match, however St. Louis Cardinals management would not give
him permission to do so. No word on how involved he is able to be in the match.
What does Gangrel mean?
Gangrel spilled "blood" on Edge and mentioned something about his
blood being the same that runs through the body of Gangrel. Well, even
though the WWF announcers are saying his name wrong, Gangrel is a
Vampire Clan, according to White Wolf Publications. Gangrel, is
actually pronounced Gangrul, not Gangrill. It is a one syllable word.
It comes from the clan's founder, by the same name. There are 7 basic
clans and the Gangrels happen to be wanderers. They also have ties with
gypsies, and this might be the character of that flunky you mentioned on
your report. Now Gangrel does not look anything like that of the clan,
but more like a Ventrue. Also, he uses the sign of the Brujah on the
Titan Tron. That's a little background, but back to the main thing
here. When he talked about Edge having his blood, in my opinion that
means that Edge was embraced. Originally, I believed Edge to be a
vampire or Kindred as they like to be called, but under a different
clan. Edge represents more of the Gangrel Clan, but I expected him to
be either Toreador or Ventrue. Anyway, I believe now that Gangrel is
Edge's sire or Kindred father. He "bit" Edge and made Edge a vampire
many generations or years ago. And I think that Edge has a fault of
sire's resentment. This would explain all the Jim Ross' "these guys
have met in the past."
Blackman and Animal
It appears as though both Steve Blackman and Animal are
expected back sometime after September 30. Both superstars had
to go under the knife after suffering knee injuries thanks to Kane
and the Undertaker!
After Raw went off the air
After WWF WarZone went off the air, there was a 25 man battle royal. The
winner of the battle royal was none other than The ROCK, who had earlier
defeated Kane. The ROCK's main event push has begun!
Sable to feud with sister?
As some of you may have noticed last night on RAW, the WWF may already have
Sable's next "feud" lined up for her. At the conclusion of the Sable/Jacky match,
the camera man pans the crowd, focusing on one particular woman in the front
row. The woman bears a striking resemblance to Sable, and from what I'm
hearing, will be involved in Sable's next feud. No specifics have been leaked yet,
but I would have to garner a guess that the woman may be brought in as Sable's
disgruntled sister, whether she really is or not.
Warrior injured
Mike Samuda reports that The Warrior injured his bicep and twisted his ankle at the Fall
Brawl PPV. These injuries occured when he landed wrong coming out of the cage. Also, the other
Warrior you saw may have been "Renegade," according to Samuda.
Al Snow may bring back JOB Squad
Al Snow may possibly start up his own faction in the WWF. It will be the J.O.B. Squad, and of
course will have many WWF mid carders. Rumored members include, Scorpio & The Headbangers
Mysterio to join Wolfpac?
The rumors of Rey Mysterio, Jr. going NWO-Wolfpac have returned. Mark Madden says that Kevin Nash wants Mysterio in The Wolfpac as soon as he returns from his recovery from knee surgery.The reason for this is because Konann and Mysterio are very good friends. And they want a Cruiserweight on the Squad.
