-Hi Martin...so what new do you prepare with Epidemie rec.?

Thanx for the question. In these days is released the 2nd album of Melancholy Pessimism "Inconsistent World" as a CD & MC a picture LP Napalmed in a limited 100 pieces edition.

-I heard, that last year, you had a little crisis...I hope you broke it...

-Do you still release the Epidemie zine?

The Epidemie zine was released from 1993 until 1996 & 14 issues were released. From 1997 I'm doing only releasing activities & distribution.

-What was the most sucessful thing in the history of Epidemie rec.?

Until now, the most succesful thing is "Fekal party CD" from Hermaphrodit, also the split CD/MC Deaf & Dumb/Imperial Foeticide was quite succesful & I believe, that also the new Melancholy Pessimism album will be succesful.

-I heard, that because of your activities, you have two cars & a villa with a swimming pool...

Your information is very old. Today, I possess 4 cars, 3 villas with a swimming pool 3 wifes.

-How was it with you & broadly with Gorrila Girl?

Gorrila Girl was a Grind/Noise band, where I've played in the years 1994-1996, we did about 20 concerts, from which, some live recordings have been done.

-I read, that you don't work alone in Epidemie rec....so how do you have your work divided & with whom do you work?

In Epidemie rec. I do nearly everything alone, but sometimes, some people help me with the flyers, covers graphics. Internet correspondence. My girlfriend Petra is helping me with the foreign correspondence.

-When will you found the Epidemie USA branch?

Next year, this year, I'm preparing a branch in Siberia & Africa.

-Which of the parties in CZ or in the world do you find the most ideal or at least nearly ideal? What do you think about ultra-left oriented or ultra-right oriented politics?

Sorry, but I don't care about politics very much, although I'm watching what's going on, I don't sympathize with anything very much. I'm more interested in the spiritual side of life, intelectual progress, different psychedelic experiments & stuff like that. Simply, my own life, own world, independence on ths system as goos as it gets, although I know, that absolute independence is impossible.

-Are you one of those, who are disappointed with AG - Humarrogance?

Yes, CD "Humarrogance" from Agathocles has really disappointed me & I also don't like other present AG recordings very much, I'm much more listening to their earlier production.

-What do you think of your (CZ) Grind-scene? In UG, it has a solid position & it's quite reputable...but tell me something negative...so that you wouldn't be too proud...:-)...

Our Grindscene is really very strong & respected also in foreign countries & I'm really glad because of it of course. Something negative? I don't like, that there are not many really original bands, many bands sound similiar, I also think that this whole subculture is very reserved & that it doesn't evolve very much, but it's OK.

-Is there a band, that you'd like to release some of its stuff very much?

I don't think there's any, I'm glad, that I'm releasing those bands, that I'm releasing & I always wonder, what will the future bring & which bands will settle by Epidemie rec.

-What do you say on Modern Talking's reunion?

I don't care about this, but everybody wants to earn some more money for retirement.

MALIGNANT TUMOUR/INGROWING (CZ) -Swarming of virulency/Perpetual split 7"EP '97- MxTx is a sickening GoreGrind...hehe...I like the outro! ...& Ingrowing is a very technical DeathGrind!!! Cool!!!

TWISTED TRUTH (CZ) -Delight from nothing demo '96- 1st demo of this great CZ Grindband...what else should I say...watch out for their actual "You makes me a cow?!" demo & their split 7"EP with Rot!!!
