“Well I’m going....I’ve got a photo shoot tomorrow..” Mandy announced.
“Yeah, I’ll talk to you later Mandy..” Nick answered. Just to make sure Mandy pulled Nick in for a long goodnight kiss, with a purposeful glance at Cassidy and with that she left.
“We'd all better be going too...” Kevin said, getting up off his chair.
“See ya’ll tomorrow for the video shoot..” Howie said and Kevin, AJ and Julie said they’re good-byes, gave their hugs, took some left leftovers and went.

Nick stood awkwardly next to Cassidy.
“Ummm, Cassidy I’m sorry about before..I shouldn’t have..um, you see....Mandy’s...” Nick started, but Cassidy had heard enough.
“Yep, ok Nick....” She replied dismissively, heading inside to the bathroom to gather the rest of her stuff.
Nick sat down on the couch with a sigh.

“How did you get yourself into this one..” He sighed.

Brian sat Becca up onto the kitchen bench and lightly traced his finger over her bruised arm.
“I’m sorry...” He said, looking up at her.
“Its not your fault..” Becca said quietly.
“Well maybe this might take your mind off it...” Brian said kissing Rebecca’s lips in the sweetest, most perfect kiss imaginable.
Brian pulled away first and looked into Becca’s eyes...almost trying to read what she was thinking.
In answer to his questioning eyes Becca leaned in for another kiss, this one more passionate.

When it ended both were left breathless. Brian had a look of surprise on his face.

“What?..” She smiled smugly.
“I don’t know, I just..umm, didn't think that you had that in you..” Brian stuttered, a stupid smile playing on his face.
“There’s a lot of things you don’t know about me...” Becca said softly, touching and massaging Brian’s well defined shoulders as he nuzzled her neck.
“Mmmmm...but I wanna know...” Brian said in between kisses. His kisses trailed over to the other side of her neck. She gently lifted his head so that their lips met once more.

“Becca do you....Ohhhh sh....I’m sorry!!!” Cassidy said walking in on the two kissing.
Brian and Becca broke apart quickly and looked at each other embarrassed.
“Hey Cass.....what did ya want?” Becca asked her cheeks flushed.
“Ummm....well...I was thinking along the lines of transport home...but I can come back....” Cassidy stuttered just as embarrassed as Rebecca.
“Well I don’t think that limo’s still out the front...but I can give you a lift home...” Brian said.
“Cool...thanks!” Cassidy replied as she watched Nick enter the kitchen avoiding her gaze.
“Nick you coming for a ride?” Brian asked unaware of the tension in the room.
Nick looked up at Cassidy. Their eyes met for a moment and Cassidy quickly looked away staring at the ground.
“Umm..nah...I’m beat, I might just hit the sack. I’ll see you ladies tomorrow..” Nick replied even though he’d like nothing more than to drive Cassidy home, and maybe even come up to her place or even..

“Nick stop thinking that, there is no way you're gonna get that girl now. Besides why would want to?” Nick scolded, even though he knew the answer to that question, and had known for some time now.

“Because you don’t love Mandy anymore..” He sighed.

“Ok man, we’ll be going..see you tomorrow ok?” Brian said.

He opened the door and motioned for Cassidy and Becca to go, “Ladies first..” He smiled.

*THE NEXT MORNING*

“Knock knock..” Brian and Nick knocked on Becca and Cassidy’s front door as they had offered the night before to take them to the video’s location.
The guys heard giggling from inside so they figured the girls were ready.
“Good morning...” Cassidy said cheerfully, she had decided to try extremely hard to act like nothing happened last night and try and become really good friends with Nick.
“Ready to be a star babe?” Brian laughed ruffling Cassidy’s hair and speaking in a posh accent.
“I don’t care....I just wanna see some horses!!” Cassidy laughed.
“Giddiup..” Nick laughed.
Cassidy looked over and saw Becca sneaking down the hallway with their camcorder. She smiled to herself and turned to Brian.
“Hey Brian...that bootie dance you did yesterday was pretty funny!” Cassidy said scheming a plan in her mind to embarrass Brian and for Becca to capture it all on camcorder technology.
“OH!” Brian pulled a face of mock hurt.
“That was my NORMAL dancing you insolent child!”
Cassidy burst out laughing and saw Nick smiling also out of the corner of her eye.
“God he has the most GORGEOUS smile!” Cassidy thought to herself.
“What! What’s wrong with my dancing!!” Brian asked and started his bootie wiggling antics around the loungeroom. (BN: This scene was inspired by the many times Cassidy has ‘danced’ to ‘I will survive’ around my kitchen!! Love those kicks Cass...hehe )

Cassidy was rolling around laughing, and so was Nick. Nick turned around to see Becca giggling as she held a silver camcorder.
“Uh oh...Brian...” Nick called.
“What??” Brian called in mid ‘swing’.
“Umm...can we say...Funniest Home Videos??” Nick smirked and pointed at Becca who was now killing herself laughing as she held the camcorder.
Brian’s eyes widened. “Why you little vixen...” He breathed and chased Becca around the house.
“Brian, Fatima will kill us if we’re late!” Nick said.
“Let him have his fun...” Cassidy said amused by the whole situation. Brian had now caught Becca and had thrown her over his shoulder.
“Ok well I’m ready to go..” Brian said with a huge grin as he continued to walk out with Becca still over this shoulder.
“Put me down you lunatic!” Becca said between laughs.
“Not until you apologize for laughing at my dancing!!” Brian grinned.
“I’m sorry....you’re a very good dancer...” Becca said.
“..and a very sexy one at that..” She whispered in his ear.
“Mmmm....not as sexy as you...” Brian whispered back.
“Shall we go...?” Cassidy asked, wishing her and Nick were that close.
“We shall...” Nick said winking at Cassidy.
“Well that’s a start...” Cassidy thought and smiled back. They left the apartment and headed off to the beach where the location shoot was.
“What’s the song called??” Cassidy asked referring to the video shoot from the back seat.
“Its called ‘The one’...” Brian answered. He then looked in Nick’s jeep’s glovebox and retrieved the ‘Millennium’ album. “Never leave home without it..” Brian laughed and placed the CD in the player.
“Ooooo....how cool!!!!” Becca squealed.
“Oooo..is that you Nick??” Cassidy asked listening intently.
“Yeah...” Nick blushed.
“You have an awesome voice!” Cassidy laughed.
“Umm...thanks..” Nick laughed also.
The song soon finished.
“Again again!!!” Becca and Cassidy cheered. The guys laughed as they continued their way to the beach.
