Instructions
1) Complete the subscription form below
2) Ensure that your mail box allows for at least 800K (midi) or 100K (Lyrics) to be received
3) Complete a seperate form for the Midi and Lyrics if would like to receive both
4) Allow 48hrs for processing
5) You will be notified by E-Mail when your name has been included in the list
6) From this day forth until the posting of the first zip packs, you should receive a daily E-Mail to confirm that your name has been included in the list
7) You may also confirm the correct details by viewing these list at any time:

[Chords E-Mail List]

Rules
1) Nobody will automatically be included in the list, unless you have subscribed via this form.
2) Your name is optional, but will help in identification to ensure that you are on the list.
3) A valid E-mail address is a must.
5) All postings with an invalid E-Mail address or insuffucient E-Mail space will be removed from the list without further notification.
6) The Midi packs will be limited to 600K and the lyrics to 60K.
7) All subscriptions will be varified with a daily bulk E-Mail post as from today, to notify everybody who have subscribed, that they have been included in the list. This will done on a daily basis which will also serve to test the bulk E-Mail system. You may simply ignore this E-Mail.
