Hey what's up you guys are really cool, it must make u feel good to see how much of an effect you had on OC punk. It is my opinion that you left off some bands that were vital to the areas emerging punk scene in your history section. What about Eddie & The Subtitles with their 7" and LP or The Hated with their two 7" singles and their 7" ep. If I can recall correctly, The Klan had one very mediocre 7". The Mechanics were a bunch of long hairs with crops playing crappy New York Dolls/Iggy Pop proto-punk sleaze, and only had one 7". To my knowledge the Outsiders, Presidents, Press, and Der Stab never put out records. Although I could be very wrong after 20 years.

Saw the Crowd in SD,CA.(approx '81, I think it was at Fairmont Hall), great show, great band. I became a fan when the drummer from the Flyboys joined. The Flyboys were one of my favorites!! When I heard the Crowd was playing in SD with the drummer from he Flyboys, I had to check it out! AWESOME!
