WHAT'S NEW

STUBBORN Return to the scene

After several months of being holed up in a rehearsal studio, STUBBORN are finally ready to return and conquer the world!! (well, we can hope). It's been a tough time writing new material and making everything as good it can be. Band members arguing, throwing each other around, calling each other Jabroni etc. Seeing shows by Biohazard, Rage Against The Machine, Fear Factory, Will Haven, OMS, Slipknot, Kill II This, Mark meeting and falling in love with the bass player from Kill II This, (Caroline Campbell) - without a lighter (Doh!), Kieran moving in with Dave, Dan and his new wireless mic, Stuart's car breaking down so all five members had to pile into a Mini Metro with the guitars, drums etc... (5 in a Metro - not easy) and general good-old-fashioned-alround-mis-behaving. See the gig page for details on year 2000 gigs. An E.P. should appear this year some time - watch this space!

Gig Review

On 22nd July 1999 at The Peel in Kingston, STUBBORN were reviewed in September's monthly publication 'What's on @ The Peel'

"STUBBORN are a literal powerhouse. Dan isn't satisfied with staying onstage and joins the crowd during 'Stale', a song packed with power and emotion which is begging to be released. The band likes to be at one with everyone. They dedicate 'To Bleed For' to Sanj (singer with Aphid) and the place rocks.......STUBBORN emerge triumphant.

VERDICT - STUBBORN rox!"
