I wonder if I'm doing something that I'll regret later on. So much could happen that would knock the original idea out of place. Feelings fade over time. Questions come up over time. Doubts come up over time. We both could meet new and better ppl. What if only one of us meets a new and better person?

I know this is not gonna be resolved in such a quick time. We can't really go and figure it out in a matter of a couple months. Will it be years? Though I believe things happen for a reason and all falls into place, it's hard to see until you come to the end.

Itchy to get a tattoo, but I still have to design it first. I was looking back at some old pictures, I think my old tattoos did look out of place. Especially the big flower one cuz it didn't actually accent my arm or anything. It was more like a big dark patch. When it was just a dragon, I think it was probly still okie but covering it up with the mao dahn fah was a mistake (aesthetics-wise) I admit. But live and learn, huh? I believe things happen for a reason. Everything seems to come together and work out at some point in time. It's true.

I'm thinking of a big dragon on my back, all in red ink. Whether it'll be abstract or "realistic", I haven't decided yet. But I'll take my time with this one and really think about it more than I did my other ones. It's sorta somehow just for my own peace of mind. Cuz I like tattoos (dunno why, probly influenced growing up, like how baggy pants, highlighted hair, and dragons will always be cool in my mind) and seems like I made a mistake with my first couple, so I wanna really go and get a proper one to prove that I'll stick with it til I die. You dig what I mean?

Yanno when you live alone, you tend to regard certain ppl around the neighborhood as substitute family yanno? (At least that's how it is for me. Keeps me sort of balanced.) So last time I used to eat from the dai chow ppl practically every night, and I sorta felt this familyness about them cuz they were Cantonese and they were nice; like relatives if not immediate family.

But then they went and relocated to Ang Mo Kio. So some new dai chow ppl replaced them, and they're not Cantonese and they're just not as cool. ^_^ So anyway, I think I've found a possible family-ish replacement: the jahp fahn guys. :] Hehe. But kind of paiseh cuz like I'll regard ppl as substitute family and then for all I know I could be like nothing to them. Cuz I get affected by ppl more cuz I live by myself I guess. Ya dig? Hehe okie.

I got a bruise on the topside of my left forearm, like two inches away from my wrist area. I have no idea how I got it. But from the feel of it, I think it's a relatively deep bruise. You know, I do feel that I should have no problem speaking in front of people, yet when it's time for me to give a presentation I can't speak properly. I can't think on my feet. I stumble. Why?? It's just talking after all. Well, see how it goes today.

Missed the gow wong yeh celebration at the temple last night. :( Had to prepare for the presentation and go to NWP training instead. After hella failed attempts, I managed to break a brick while holding it myself. :) My chopsticks were shaking when I was eating dinner. Temporary nerve damage I suppose. :P Kidding, kidding. Okie, got to go study for the coding theory test on Thursday. After Thursday 8:30pm is (relative) freedom. FREEDOM.

PRAWNING SI SIBEH HO SUHNG AH!! (Prawning is hella fun yo!) On my birthday, we (me and ah Loon and his family) went to the prawning place at Marina South:



I hella had beginner's luck, so I guess that made it so much funner. Like straight away in less than a minute I got a prawn. Straight luck. So exciting! Later on I realized you can actually hella feel when the prawn is there and the challenge is to pull it up properly so that it'll be hooked. This is the biggest one I got:



My ah Loon was there so I didn't have to deal with the scary stuff like touching the actual prawn and ripping its claws off while it's still alive. We prawned from 1:30am til 4am. (It's $24 to rent one rod for 2.5 hours.) In total we caught...11 prawns. ^_^ Five of them were caught by me! Expensive ass prawns.



Here they are the next morning, wrapped in bacon and fried. (Some are actually bacon-wrapped crabsticks. Hehe.) We had a bbq going too during the prawning, but we end up didn't bbq much cuz we'd eaten earlier. I had hella fun tho! Good stuff.



I miss Yurika. Would be cool to go prawning with her too.

P.S. The ppl who work at Giordano in Causeway Point damn fake sia. I guess they have to act all friendly and what shiet for customer service, but it's so obviously fake. Like when you enter the place, they say "Welcome!" to you, but they practically shout it at you. It startles you rather than welcomes you. Just wanted to mention that cuz I haven't experienced such blatant fakeness in a long time.

Plus ah. It hella irks me when a stranger (like the aforementioned GUY) doesn't intro himself in his first message to you. Especially when the GUY knows he's messaging you outta nowhere and you have no idea who he is. Then you have to reply and ask "who is this?". And some have the nerve to reply with some other shiet and not tell you who they are. Seriously makes me doubt their intention and/or maturity level.

Modified bday plan: prawning at midnight, afterwards BBQ (the prawns we catch, plus other stuff) + cake cutting, sleep, karaoke at 11am (cuz wah lang si cheap ass), and scrap the drinking on staircase (again cuz wah lang si cheap ass). Yuppo. Might make it for training after all. ^_^ See how that goes. One more week. This year my bday happens to fall right smack dab in the middle of my midterms. But then again, this semester midterms don't seem to be that important to me.
