We are a small club based on Keeper Road in Crumlin. This definately has its advantages as you really get alot of individual attention (the fact that we're a small club that is, being on keeper road makes shag all difference!).
We study a traditional form of Kenpo called Chung Fa. I have to say, having studied both pre and post Parker Kenpo I prefer Chung Fa. The dojo in which we train is extremely well equiped, having kick bags, fully matted floors and a host of other facilities (like separate male and female dressing rooms, shame really!)
Once was born a man named Sean O'Connell. He began his Kenpo career at the tender age of fifteen and is still doing it fifteen years later. Mind you, if you believe that he is the age he says he is now, he started when he was only eight years old (that's a joke by the way). We train every Monday and Wednesday from seven to nine (pm). The classes are designed to cater for all levels of skill, be you completely new or a battle hardened black belt!
