A rap group is only as good as its lyrics . . .

Although The Hall has been around for years, it has been more of an ideal than a reality.  And thus, it has very little output.  Most of the earlier stuff has been abandoned or lost.  However, the minds at work have put some thoughts to paper penning a couple rap joints.  They vary in content and style, but the flava is definitely The Hall.
And although it goes against most artist's sensibilities, unfinished works are posted here as well, so one could even chart the progress of the group.  Some are very short as they are only just the beginnings of works.

"Freestyle 7-16"

This freestyle comes from Spring, 1998.

"Demo"
P-Man
On a whim, P-Man wrote a short demo.  It is very similar to "Freestyle '97", borrowing much from that earlier effort.
"Freestyle '97"
P-Man, Magellan
On occasion, Magellan and P-Man get together for a little rap session, just to freestyle.  The content usually sweeps over a broad area, and the rhyme scheme fluctuates and changes throughout the course of the session.  The lyrics are usually full of imagery, symbolism, and almost poetic at times.  This particular freestyle took place in late '97, hence the name.
"Down '59 (The Getaway)"
P-Man, Magellan
An homage to the Bone thugs-n-harmony track entitled "Down '71 (The Getaway)", "Down '59" is a fight or flee story detailing.  It was written in mid '97 and is probably the lengthiest piece of work posted here.
Pre-1997
