Orgy - Candyass
Released 1998
Raiting: ****
If there is one CD that should be in every collection... this would be it. Many people have been dissapointed with this album because they expect it to sound like "Blue Monday." Well guess what?... It doesn't. Only because "Blue Monday" is a cover of the New Order song. At first listen, it might not seem all that great. That is what I thought. But after listenting to it several times, I really started to like it. I would have to say it is one of my favorite CDs. The album starts off with the slower song "Social Enemis", then it comes to life with the up beat of "Stitches". It continues in the up beat songs. Some songs that I thought stood out above all the rest were "Fiend", "Gender", the "Revival" which feature Johnathan Davis. Believe me, when thier next album comes out, I'll be one of the first to get it.
