I know what you're thinking.  "Who the HELL are these guys?"  I had that exact reaction when I was looking through my pictures and found this one.  After pontificating (Ahh... I love that word) I came up with a sound conclusion, based on scientific research and photo evidence.

They're the guys that put the beans in Skyline Chili.

Before you discount this as "fairy tales and hokum", just hear me out.  We all know that Justin's favorite dish is Skyline Chili in Cincinnati, and that it reminds him of home. Hence why he looks so happy to see these guys.  Hey, they remind him of Saturdays at the park, hanging with Mom and Dad... and getting the crap beaten out of him at school.

Before you get too sentimental about these two guys and start making a fan site, keep in mind one thing:
  They're the guys responsible for THIS!!

And you just thought it was makeup...
