- Q. What does Doggie Daycare of Pennsylvainia, Inc. do about meals for the pets?
- A. The client provides all the food for the feedings, and then the pet-sitter will follow the client's instructions for the meals.
- Q. Do you dispense pet medication?
- A. Yes.
- Q. Will you watch my pet at my house?
- A. Yes, see our services page
- Q. Do you provide a list of references
- A. A list of references will be provided upon request.
- Q. How many dogs will the pet-sitter take out at one time?
- A. Two to five, categorized by size and temperament.
- Q. How long are dog(s) let outside?
- A. Thirty (30) minutes.
- Q. What steps are taken to protect my home for home visits?
- A. Most clients keep their keys on file. The key is coded with a number, never your address, so it will be useless if found by someone else. Most security alarms can be programmed with a "guest code." Call you alarm company for more information.
- Q. What if I have to cancel?
- A. When 24 hours notice is provided there is no charge. If cancellation is not received with 24 hours notice there is a $15 fee.
- Q. When will you meet us for the first time?
- A. A consultation will be provided at your home before the pet-sitting service starts. This is the time we will go over your pet's routine, get emergency phone numbers in order, sign a service agreement, and Doggie Daycare of Pennsylvania, Inc. will take possession of two of your house keys.
- Q. What are your business hours?
- A. Doggie Daycare, Inc. works all hours to accommodate our clients. The best time to reach us is in the mornings or late evenings. Most likely you will reach our voice mail. We will make every attempt to return your call the day you call.
- Q. How will I know how my pets are doing while I'm away?
- A. We offer "a phone from home" call while your pets are in our care. We will call you at the phone number of your choice from your home phone, during a pre-determined time frame. Or, stay in touch via email: just give us your email address before you leave, and we will email you every evening to let you know how your pet is doing! You can always call or email us.
