Perhaps in Chesterton's time, this was the case, but Paula Carino is anything but silent on the the subject of cheese, particularly goat cheese. Hang around her long enough and you'll get the full effect of one of her spontaneous soliloquies on the glories of pressed curds of fermented milk.
