15E was a band that Phantom Metaller played in around 3 years ago. The Phantom had some legal troubles and had to hide out for a while! Where else better to hide from the law than Alabama?? To keep himself occupied he jammed with 15E and played some rowdy punk rock. One of their live shows is captured on the Back From The Toilet compilation. The other guys never did understand the Phantom's obsession with metal howevr. Maybe, that's why one night he got drunk and drove all the way back home to Cleveland! Shortly after that, 15E disbanded.
