Meat-Grinder was a very early project led by Russ Realman. The sound is very hard to pin down - songs range from basic punk rock to metal with a couple grindcore blasts thrown in for good measure. The lyrics are just as varied, with some lyrics attempting to be socially aware, and others showing the beginings of Femsickliver's twisted lyrics. Their only official release was a split cassette with Chicago's Pootly Nautch. Their tracks from that release, plus three unreleased songs can be found on the Back From The Toilet compilation.
