• Was born in Southern CA and taken to Wisconsin as a baby and then moved back to CA and grew up in Palo Alto.
  
  
• English major graduate from UC Berkeley
  
  
• Was in a beat poetry hip-hop band called Puck and Natty and they had a release on a 90210 soundtrack called "Just Wanna Be Your Friend" which is a rap song and it's basically about a guy telling his girlfriend that he just wants to be friends (but wants to be friends with 'benefits')
  
  
• Produced Third Eye Blind and an album for a band called the Braids
  
  
• Just in case you didn't know, NO, he's not a speed addict, never was.
  
  
• Has a production deal with Elektra to develop new acts

• Lost his virginity in the back seat of a 1968 Volkswagon Bus while listening to U2's War album when he was 18 (I don't why this is public info but..whatever)
  
  
• I think he has an older brother named George and at least 2 sisters though I don't know their names or if they're older/younger
  
  
• He talks to his mom every Sunday...she misses him
  
  
• I heard he has a dog named Kobuta that he sometimes calls either Boo or Koby (That would be the black lab in the S-CL and HIGTB videos..)
  
  
• Likes to surf, snowboard, hang out with friends, rides a motorcycle..
  
  
• At one point in his high school life "I went though a phase of wanting to be black and regretting that I wasn't. Then I got over that."

• The weirdest thing a fan ever did to him: A girl tried to bite his finger off but he pried her off before she broke the skin (Ok, I'll even go so far as to say that I love him and worship him, but really, what the hell would anyone want his dismembered finger for?)

• Pet peeves: Brad being a pig in the hotel
  
  
• Most embarrassing moment: "I have no shame."
  
  
• Greatest compliment ever given was "You Rock!"
  
  
• As a little boy what did you get spanked for? "Spanking other little girls" (haha)
  
  
• Apart from keys, what do you never leave home without? "My soul"
  
  
• Which record always gets you on the dance floor? "My own"
  
  
• What's the toughest thing you've ever done? "I held my hand underwater in a bucket of ice for 3 minutes" (Note from Nation: He must be lying, I've done that, it's not so hard.)
  
  
• Describe your perfect Sunday. "Spend the whole day in bed with NY Times, lots of cartoons, good company"
  
  
• What's the biggest myth about fame? "Its all true"
  
  
• What's the worse come-on line you've ever tried? "Don't know any come-on lines"
• *Tryed* to play trumpet in band when he was in school but the teachers thought he was unreachable.
