For all you dedicated Hanson-heads, all of you fans who've waited, patiently for a brand new album from Ike, Taylor and Zac- have we got news for you: THE WAITING IS OVER!! They're back and in a big, big way!

Yes, the brothers you swoon over are finally getting ready to release their brand new album -- in fact, you might already be hearing the cool sounds of their first single. "This Time Around."

As on their first multi-million selling album, the guys wrote all the songs and played their own instruments -- the music is rocking, edgy and pure Hanson magic. " You'd like to think you get better from one album to the next." says Ike. "The songs are new, you come up with different ideas. It's a little more rock and roll -- but basically, the music is still about us -- its's our perspective on life."

Most of the Songs on this new album This Time Around were written while the Hanson bros were touring, and you're definitely going to love'em all -- there's the cool harmonica on "If Only", the serious guitar work on "In The City" (blue great Jonny Lang leads his guitar on this awesome song) and the trick drum ending of the infectious "Runaway Run". The music has definitely gone through some changes. "You never really notice it yourself -- but you'll hear people tell you, 'wow, your guys have changed a lot,' says Ike. "We're like really? And we were listening to Middle of Nowhere, and we actually did go, 'Hmm? Wow? It'll be interesting to see how people respond, because if you're only familiar with "MMMBop" and never really listened through Middle Of Nowhere -- to be followed by This Time Around is going to be quite a jump for people."

Like the serious songwriters they are, Ike Tay and Zac can't tell you which song is their favorite -- all the tunes are extra special to them. "It was really hard for us to pick a single, or to pick our favorite songs," says Ike. "We recorded 17 for the record..."

"...but we wrote about 25 at least," Tay chimes. "It was hard to narrow it down to 13. It's never really easy -- the album is everyone's favorite."

One thing you gotta know is that the Hanson brothers are truly devoted to rock 'n roll -- that's why their music is super-special, and not just more of the same pop music you might be gettin' tired of. "We're influenced by classic rock 'n roll, and thats always a favorite." says Ike. "Although we listen to a lot of the new music -- we love Ben Fold's Five and Lenny Kravitz -- we're always connected to rock's past."

And it's not just the music that's changed -- the Hanson boys are looking a whole lot different! They're still positively yummy but they're definitely a lot more grown-up looking. Ike's hair is shorter, Tay's a whole lot taller and Zac's a total teenager now. But they're still sweet, sincere and talented as ever, and they really can't wait to get back on the road -- a worldwide tour is planned for this spring and summer! "It's going to be excellent to get back to see the fans." says Tay. "That's something we really miss -- that day to day interaction with the fans. They mean alot to us."
