I've been a fan of the Doors for years. During this time I've done a lot of research on the Doors and Jim Morrison. On this website you can enjoy some of the results. Most of these articles have been published in the Doors Quarterly Magazine.

One of the most controversial episodes in the history of The Doors is undoubtedly the Miami concert and its aftermaths. In any case, here you will find the actual documents that tell that story. If you want to know what happened in these last few days Jim Morrison spent in Paris, read "Quiet days in Paris". If you're planning a trip to Paris yourself, you want want to take a look at the "Paris guide for Jim Morrison fans". There is also a guide on L.A. and New York!

You can also read what's wrong with "The Doors Boxset". But if you're really into the Doors music you've probably considered buying some bootlegs. You can do safely by using my bootleg CD guide. Out on the web for the first time! Just like my exclusive "Robby Krieger Interview" and my big "Ray Manzarek Interview Part One".!

And dont forget "Jim Morrison's Last Recording Session In Paris"! It is something I cannot play to you, but at least here you are able to read what happened in a tiny Parisian recording studio in mid-June 1971, just two weeks before Jim died. And there is also a very interesting interview with Gilles Yepremian, one of Jim's friends from Paris.

Jim's poetry is carefully analyzed in this essay by Maryla Madura.

If you have any questions, see if my FAQ can answer them. Have fun!
