Ryoko is very powerful and dangerous and has a habit of drinking too much. She continually fights with Aeka for Tenchi's affection, although they are actually good friends. In the first season, she was created by Washu and so she is her "daughter". Ryoko is the coolest character of the show and I think she deserves Tenchi because she loves him the most.

In my opinion, Aeka is an annoying, whiney, little so-and-so who only wants Tenchi because she's fascinated with his power and the fact that they're both royal Jurian descendants. Her powers are usually more defensive and she's not even very powerful. Aeka doesn't deserve Tenchi, so give up. Can you tell she's my least favorite character?

Sasami is Aeka's younger sister. She is close friends with Ryo-oh-ki. While Ryoko and Aeka are still fighting, Sasami is usually the one comforting Tenchi. In the first season, Sasami has a spirit named Tsunami co-living inside of her. Sasami has her own spin-off series where she is a "Sailor Moon"-type hero called "Magical Girl Pretty Sammy".

Call her "little Washu"! Washu is a mad scientist and self-proclaimed genius. Although her experiments usually work, they usually mess up too. Washu is actually much older than she looks but chooses to appear in a youthful form because of past hardships as an adult. I think Washu is the second coolest character on "Tenchi".

Mihoshi is a dumbass. She watches cartoons or sleeps all day instead of doing her job. And she doesn't even do her job right. She doesn't do anything right. And she doesn't understand that Kiyone hates her and wants Mihoshi to leave her alone. Mihoshi is my second least favorite charcter.

Kiyone was an honors detective who was unhappy ever since she was paired with Mihoshi and she believes that all of her problems are because of her. Kiyone tries to be the best policeman she can to earn a promotion to Head Quarters and get away. She first appeared in the 2nd season of "Tenchi Muyo".
