"I think it's simply great how you can give free-reign to your imagination when you draw. You can turn your dreams into shapes and colors, and that's what I find interesting about drawing." -Taylor
"Sometimes I go away and just write a poem or even a song. Lots of people think that we only deal with situations in our songs which we've experienced ourselves, but that's not true. The songs I write are about my dreams and wishes, too." -Taylor

"When I'm composing a new song, I just sit down at the piano and start tinkling away. Eventually, a tune comes along which I can do something with. Isaac is different. When he sits down at the piano, the tune is already half-finished in his head. But I don't even know whether the song I'm going to compose is in slow or quick time." -Taylor
"When we started, at that point we were living in South America, so they were probably songs about the kids running naked in the street. You don't even think about it. It was so natural, and it still is. It's just what you do. It's as much a part of you as anything, really. Whatever's the most familiar to you, that's what writing songs and singing is like. The songs that you write are always about anything you're thinking, anything that's going on in your life, or things that other people are doing. It just depends on where you are and what the situation is." -Taylor

"I've often thought about how nice it would be to be in love.But I don't believe you can imagine what it's like if you haven't experienced it. Still, I think about it a lot, of course, and I try to imagine what it would be like. But no girl has made my heartbeat really fast yet. I haven't even kissed a girl yet. Actually I find the whole thing a bit embarrassing, though it's me who gets the most love letters. I read each letter very carefully."-Taylor
"I believe that laughter is the best medicine. A good laugh gets your adrenaline pumping and you feel so much better, even if you're in a serious situation." -Zac
"It's really weird getting phone calls and people going 'I love you, I love you.'." -Taylor
"I love meeting people. The girls usually hug us and say they love us, and the guys usually want to talk about music. It's definitely one of the most fun parts of making music." -Taylor

The two of them don't really have proper fights, they mostly have what you'd describe 'heated discussions', but each one of them thinks he's right. I'm sort of the missing jigsaw piece between the two," -Taylor
