What are you looking forward to about Australia?
Taylor: We are big boogie boarders and we’ll be spending a day building a big sand castle.
You just finished a hectic, 40-show tour. Why didn’t the tour include a stop here?
Isaac: The tour was so short. We would have preferred to come to Australia, but it was not possible. You know, we feel really badly that we have not been able to come to Australia more than we have.
We hear you’ll do a tour of Oz, Asia and Europe when your new studio album comes out. When will that happen?
Taylor: It will be some time next year. We can’t say exactly when but we are planning on it, maybe early summer.
Besides boogie boarding, what else do you want to see Down Under?
Zac: I think you know we are on the straight and narrow, so you know, if a girl was walking by in a bikini, that definitely attracts your attention!
We here you really enjoyed your last visit.
Zac: But it’s so far away! It’s like, get a faster jet!
What plans do you have for your studio album?
Taylor: We have got a lot of songs that we’ve written just on tour and over the past year, so we are coming up with ideas for the new album. We are in the middle of deciding what songs will end up on the album, so we are very excited about that.
Can you give us a sneak peak at some of the titles?
Zac Ok, Ok. We can tell you....No! and No! No sneak peaks yet!
What about getting behind the scenes to produce your own music?
Taylor: We are definitely leaning towards that. It’s like, our songs, and like our little baby.
