Eye Servant
Lyrics inspired by watching the news... Has it ever occurred to you how
politicians have a certain way with words, and how, if confronted, they
suddenly care enormously for certain issues. Well, it has to me, and the
lyrics to this song are about that. Eye Servant is a word by word translation
of the Swedish phrase "ögontjänare". I looked it up and found the English
translation "time server" - anyway, it´s a person who cares as long as he knows
somebody is watching...
Oh, and we are NOT homophobes! (Had to write that. There is bound to be someone
stupid enough to believe so after reading the lyrics.)

She Likes Horror Movies
I´ve never met a girl who shares my taste in movies. When I was about 14
I started collecting horror movies, and some part of me found great
enjoyment in tormenting my poor girlfriends with long sessions of moviewatching.
Watch them cringe! Watch them shake with fear! Feel them moving closer
and closer to me! Ha ha ha!!
This song is about a reverse scenario - my girlfriend likes horror movies
and me...I´m so worried about the effect it has on her imagination. Stupid
as it may sound, I had great fun writing it. Enjoy!

The Drunken Politician
This song is about the leader of a certain political party in Sweden. She
(Yes, it is a she...who can it be?) has been known to explore
bottles with alcoholic content a bit too publicly. In other words, she
was superdrunk on a few occasions, and guess what...some journalists had
great fun watching her doing all kinds of strange things. The whole story
was supressed but it leaked out eventually. This particular party leader also has
the nasty habit of acting like the star of some stupid soap on the TV instead
of concentrating on politics. It feels like she practically ordered me to
write this song about her exploits. Hmmm... What a strange world we live in!
