In June of 2000, I was no longer what I call a "student entertainer". This means that from 1994 to 2000, I was a student who also spent my then-ample spare time entertaining people.
To commemorate that now-gone era, I compiled a CD of tracks from my last two years at East High School, my three years at Corning Community College, and my two years at SUNY Fredonia.
The front and back covers, plus a written intro were made on August 5, with final copies of the CD being made on August 6.
Sources for this collection were audio and video tapes, with a few tracks recorded digitally into a computer.
Info is given with each track on what show/event it was from:

COMMENTS: Done in the same spirit of my cassette anthologies, this is the most comprehensive and indispensable collection in my "DASjr Audio Archives". It covers all the bases, really: my choral forays; my adventures in theater; my extra-cirricular activity groups; the friends I'd made; and, ultimately, my multi-faceted personality. The fact that I was able to put it onto CD--a higher-quality medium than cassette--helps to make it more preservable.
Due to the variety of sources, sound quality on this disc ranges from fair to excellent. The performance quality also varies from track to track, but it's overall good stuff.
TECHNICAL NOTE: The first seven copies of this CD have a noticable "click" sound during the applause at the end of Track 6 ("Lullabye"). It's not a huge deal, but I sure didn't like it. Subsequent copies made by me will not have this click (this includes copies owned by me and Cynthia Clark).
In addition to this, two "test copies" were made that have the above click, plus a second one (on the applause at the end of Track 14) that was itself suppressed before the seven official "one-click" copies were made. The test copies include a back cover with incorrect recording dates that have been crossed out and re-written by hand.
