~Chapter 13~ "Man I don't wanta go to work." I complained to April when I was about to leave. "No one wants to go to work, but ya have to. I'll see you when you get back." April said to me. "Fine, bye." I said as I closed the door. "Hi Kevin," I said to him as he opened the door to the coffee shop. "Hey, how are you?" "Oh you know tired, but you know it a Monday." "Yeah, know exactly what you mean." I gave him the same thing he gets every day and then he said, "Sorry I can't stay and talk, we have some sorta meeting, so I have to go. Bye" "All right, have fun, bye." "You know what Holly?" I asked her. "What?" She answered. "When Kevin came into the shop today he seemed really uneasy, there was defiantly something on his mind, but he didn't say anything." "Well, that's interesting. Don't ask me if Howie told me anything, because he hasn't." "Fine. Whatever, but I really really want to know what was up with him. I wonder if he thinks he can't tell me anything." "I don't think that's the case, but who knows." April came in the apartment 4 minutes later. "Hey guys, how was your day?" "Oh just peachy." I answered. "Fine, I guess." Holly said. "Ok if you guys don't mind, I'm going to call AJ." "Have fun." Holly said. ~Chapter 14~ April and AJ were talking for about an hour when Kevin was on the other line. "Ok, well I got to go Kevin's on the other line. Wait if you're at home how is he calling? Oh yeah he has a cell phone I forgot. Bye. I love you. Ok, Bu bye. Sorry about that Kev. Ok here she is." April gave me the phone after she said bye to Kevin. "Hi." "Hi, you must have noticed that I was acting a little strange at the coffee house today, I just want to explain." "Ok, I'm listening." "Well, I have been spacing lately because I have had something on my mind for a while." "What's on your mid Kev." "Well, how can I say this, ummmm." Just then the doorbell rang. "Kevin, could you hold on for a minute." "Ok, I'll tell you when you get back." I opened the door and to my surprise Kevin was at the door, "I just wanted to tell you that I love you."  He said to me. I dropped the phone and kissed him. "I love you too. You don't know how long I have waited to say that to you." We kissed again. Then I heard an "awwww" from April. "You guys look so cute." Holly said. "Wait," April asked, "why didn't AJ or Howie tell us anything about this?" "Well, the guys don't know that I'm here." "Fine, but how are you going to tell them about you two?" Holly asked. "Well I did have a little something on my mind..." ~Chapter 15~ April called the guys to come over just for fun, so they did. AJ and Howie showed up first, while Brian and Nick were 10 behind them. When AJ and Howie noticed Kevin and I sitting by each other, they both got a really uncomfortable look on their faces. "AJ, hon, you look like you don't feel good. Is something wrong?" April asked. "What? Oh yeah I feel fine." He answered. The doorbell rang and Brian and Nick were there. "Hey, guys." I called over to them. After about an hour of talking, and torture for AJ and Howie, Kevin finally said, "Guys we have a little announcement to make. Ok everyone Nikki and I are officially a couple." AJ and Howie's jaws dropped at the same time. "Wow, and when did this happen?" Brian asked. "A few hours ago." I told him. "Now Howie tell me again why you didn't tell me about Kevin." Holly said to Howie. "Ummmm, well..." "That's what I thought." "Well, now I know who I can trust, right guys." Kevin said to both of them. We talked for a few more hours and when they left it felt good kissing Kevin, it just felt right. "I'm glad were more than friends." I said to him before he left. "Yeah, me too."
