Love Hurts ~Prologue~ "Let's never go through that again."  I said to Kevin while in his arms. "That sounds good to me." He said. I kissed him and told him, "I love you." "I love you too." You might be asking your self what happened here.  Well, I'll tell you.  My name is Ashley, I'm 24 and I have brown hair and brown eyes.  I'm dating Kevin Richardson from the Backstreet Boys.  Our relationship hasn't always been perfect, and here is the story of us. ~Chapter 1~ I have been friends with Nick for the longest time.  We used to live next-door to each other, and even thought there is a difference in our age we were best friends.  When the Boys formed Nick and I still stayed friends.  Since he practically lived with the other guys, I became good friends with them too. Nick was the one that I could tell anything to, and still have a goof around with.  Brian and I have the type of relationship that Nick and I have only I didn't talk to him much.  AJ is like my shopping buddy, he would tell me to buy the weirdest things.  Howie was the one that I went to if I didn't feel like talking to Nick, he was always there for me.  I was attracted to Kevin the first time I met him.  He liked me too, and we started dating. As the guys went from one girlfriend to another I could who was going to stay and who was just a waste of time.  If I knew something about one of their girlfriends I wasn't afraid to tell them what I knew.  That's the type of relationship I have between the Boys.  I hung around with the guys like 24/7.  After Kevin and I started dating the guys still treated me the same. I try to never get in the way of Brian and Nick's Frick and Frack thing. But they do gang up on me every once in a while, and we do get into childish fights.  We usually fought about how good the other is at Nintendo or something. "God Nick, you suck at this game."  I would start. "No.  I don't think so." He answered. "Yeah well I do." "Fine, if you are sooo confident, then come play me." "Ok, just prepare to die." Then Brian would usually come and see what we were doing and ask if he could play. "Ok this is fair," I said, "Frick and Frack against me, I don't think so." "Quit your whining and get Kevin or something."  Brian would say back. "Ok I will.  Hey baby," I shouted his way, "you wana come help me kill Frick n' Frack?" "Yeah, I haven't done that in a while." Kevin and I beat Nick and Brian about 5 times in a row. After each time we won, we gave each other a little kiss.  After our fifth victory Nick said, "Ok, ok we know you guys won but do you two have to make out every time you do?" "Yeah, why is that a problem?"  I asked him. "No it's just annoying." Just to annoy him we kept kissing each other.  I didn't find that a problem, I don't think Kevin found it a problem either. ~Chapter 2~ Howie had been going out with Jenny for 6 months when she fixed AJ up with her best friend from high school, Brooke.  AJ and Brooke started going out.  The three of us became really good friends.  It was nice to talk to some other girls, not just talking to guys all the time.  Because the three of us were such good friends, we lived in the same apartment. "You know what?" Brooke asked Jenny and I. "What?" Jenny answered. "I think the 8 of us should go to a club tonight." "That sounds like fun."  I said. "Ok let's go over to the guys apartment and talk to them about it." We left our apartment and went over to the guys' place.  Brian and Nick were over there when we got there. "Hey guys." I said when I opened the door.  I have my own key since I was over there almost every day. "Hey babe."  Kevin said to me as we kissed.  Nick being the kid he is made a gagging noise.  Then I gave him my evil eye and he shut up.  Jenny kissed Howie and Brooke kissed AJ then she said, "We were wondering if you guys wanted to come to a club with us tonight." Everyone said they were in, except Kevin. "Why aren't you coming baby?" I asked him. "I'm busy tonight and I have other things to do." He answered. "All right, but it's still ok that I go, right?" "Yeah, just don't have too much fun with out me Ash." "I'll try not to.  Thanks.  I'll miss you tonight."  We all said bye and Jenny, Brooke and I left. ~Chapter 3~ At the club we had the best time.  I had fun even without Kevin, but it would have been nice if he was there.  While we were there AJ had 1 too many drinks, so we had to take him home.  AJ, Brooke, and Nick came in my car, while Jenny and Howie went with Brian.  Brian and I drove because we were voted the designated drivers. Jenny, Brooke Nick and I were the first ones up to the apartment, because Howie and Brian had trouble with AJ. I forgot my key at home, so Howie had to us his and Nick and Howie had to trade places.  When Howie opened the door to the apartment he shouted, "Oh my god!" When Brooke and Jenny saw what Howie was gasping about they did the same thing. ~Chapter 4~ "What is it you guys?" I asked as I looked into the apartment.  Then I saw what they weren't talking about. Kevin was sitting on the couch with another woman.  I couldn't say anything.  He saw us standing by the door and said in surprise, "Wow what are you doing here?" "Well," Howie said, "the last time I checked I lived here." Kevin looked past Howie and saw my face, then he said nothing to me. "Guys move we need to put him down." We heard from Brian who was still holding AJ. "Oh yeah, sure."  Howie said.  When Nick and Brian saw Kevin after they put AJ down on a chair Brian said sounding pissed off, "Man Kev, if this is your other stuff we should have never left you alone." I finally was able to talk, and I said, "You know what, I'll give you 5 minutes to explain little man, then I'll blow my top.  But first, you leave."  I was pointing to the girl on the couch.  She got up and left with out saying a word. "Maybe we should go..."  Jenny started. "No I want you guys to hear what he has to say, so get comfy."  I told them. My guess is that they didn't want to make me more mad then I was so they all sat down, except for AJ who was already passed out on a chair. "All right Kev, your time starts now." I said.  He took a deep breath and said, "She's an old girlfriend that was in town of the weekend, so we decided to get together. That's it." "So how long have you known that she would be in town." "A month." He muttered under his breath. "A month, a month!  If you knew this long why didn't you tell me?  I would have understood." "I really don't know.  I guess I thought you wouldn't want me seeing her." "I wouldn't have done that.  I trusted you.  I would have thought nothing would have happened between you two.  But nooo, you had to go behind my back, and hurt me.  So good-bye Kevin."  I stormed out of the apartment.
