~Chapter 9~
"Hello!" Leah said and walked in.
"Since when do you knock?"
"I don't know I thought I would try it for once. So where's Chloe?"
"She's in her room talking to Angie on the phone." I answered.
"Not anymore." Chloe said walking back in the room. "Oh and you know what?"
"What?" Leah and I said.
"Angie and Kelly were trying to convince me that they are dating Howie and Kevin from
the Backstreet Boys. Ha! They are full of it."
I rolled my eyes trying to keep a straight face. I was going to surprise them one of these days and just bring the guys around when they least expected it. That would be really funny but I think they would try to kill me for not telling them. That's ok.
"Yeah I know. I know you guys live in Orlando and all but what are the odds of meeting them and even dating them?" Leah said.
"Yeah I know." I said playing along.
"How come your not in on the little gag?" asked Chloe.
"I didn't know they were going to do that." I answered. "Well I better get going. Are you guys coming to the airport tomorrow?"
"Yeah we'll be there." Leah answered.
"Good see ya later."

It was 9:00 by the time I got home. I decided to drive around. My mom had let me use the car and said that she didn't care when I got home. I went to bed right away since I had a 6:00 flight.
~Chapter 10~
"Come back soon." Chloe said before I left.
"Yeah I will. But you're going to have to come by me and see my new place and
everything. You too Leah."
"Yeah I will."
I said goodbye to my parents and I got on the plane. It was sad to leave everyone but I really wanted to get home. The plane taxied and we were soon in the air.

"I'm probably going to end up going down there like next month or something I really miss Kelly and Angie." said Leah as her and Chloe walked to Leah's car.
"Yeah me too." agreed Chloe.
"Are you Chloe and Leah?" asked a familiar looking man.
"Oh.....my.....god." Leah gasped.

I slept the whole ride there. I quickly got off the plane trying to get around all the people in front of me. I then saw Brian standing there with a smile.
"Hey where is everyone?" I asked giving him a hug.
"They had to work so I volunteered to pick you up."
"Have you seen AJ? I talked to Angie and she said that he left and no one knew where he went."
"No he's still gone. He has such a thick head. He won't listen to any of us."
"I hope he comes back soon I really want to talk to him."

*At home*
It was nice to be home. I finally had some time to relax. I was always going somewhere when I was back home. I sat plopped down on the couch and closed my eyes. I heard a door open. It wasn?t the front door either. Then I heard someone singing. It was Kelly, Angie, Kevin, and Howie singing happy birthday. I was really confused. They walked in the living room with Kevin standing behind the holding something.
"This is kind of a late present from all of us. We got it later than we had thought." said Kelly with a big smile on her face.
"What is it?" I asked. They all moved to the side so that I could see what Kevin had in his arms.
"Oh my god!" I said.
In his arms was a little puppy. It was a pug and the cutest one I had ever seen. The first
time I saw Nick's to little pugs I fell in love with them and told everyone for a long time that I wanted one.
"Well what are you going to name her?" asked Kevin.
"Xena!" I said.
Everyone laughed. "Why Xena?" he asked.
"I don't know it's the first thing that came to my mind."
"Ok it's Xena then." he handed her to me. She was so cute!!
"Thanks you guys. But I didn't think I could have any pets."
"We talked to the land lady and she said that it was ok." Angie said.
"We got some food for her and everything." said Howie. "It's in the kitchen under the
sink."
The dog got off my lap and curled up at the end of the couch.
"Well I should get going. I should have been to work a long time ago." Kelly said walking to the door.
"Yeah me too." added Angie.
"Bye guys." I said. They all left me alone with my new little friend.
~Chapter 11~
*That night*
I went into the kitchen to get the phone to call AJ. I sat down at the table and dialed his number. Xena had followed me and laid down by my feet. There was no answer.
~Where the hell is that man?~ I thought.
Just then someone knocked on the door. Xena's head percked up when she heard it was trotted over to the door with me behind her. I picked her up so that she wouldn't go out the door and opened it.
"Where have you been?" I asked. "I've been worried sick about you!"

"Where do you think AJ could be?" Kelly asked Angie.
"I have no clue but I can see Faith trying to strangle him when she sees him next. He really got her worried. I think we should have told her where he went."
"Yeah but AJ said not to. I wonder where he is now."
"Yeah me too."
Someone knocked on the door and Kelly jumped up to get it.
"Oh my god hi! How are you?"

I moved over to let AJ in. We sat in the living room for awhile not saying anything. The only thing making noise was Xena playing with a little chew toy.
"So are you going to tell me where you were or are you just going to sit there and stare at me?" I asked.
"I was looking for you." he finally said.
"What do you mean by that? You knew where I was."
"I flew to Milwaukee. I called your mom and got directions to their house. The stupid flight was delayed by 5 hours and by the time I got there you were already on your way back here. I found your friends Chloe and Leah. That's how I found out you were gone."
"I was there for 5 days how come you didn't come any earlier?"
"Because I came to my senses a little too late."
"Well yeah I guess so." I just began to realize how mad I was at him. I was mad that he thought I would actually cheat on him and that he wouldn't return my calls. How he wouldn't even listen to me or our friends that I didn't cheat on him. And how he just
disappear like that without telling anyone.
"Well why didn?t you tell anyone where you went?" I asked.
"I did."
"Who?"
"I told everyone. I just told them not to tell you."
"Why?"
"I don't know." We stopped talking again and stared at the dog for awhile.
"When did you get the dog?" he asked.
"Today." I answered.
"What's it's name?"
"Her name is Xena." He smiled a little bit.
I went into the kitchen. I didn't want to just sit there. I was beginning to feel a little bit uncomfortable around him. I didn't know why either. I started to cry. It kind of scared me because I wasn't sure why I was actually crying. I think it was because I was storing
all the hurt and frustration of the whole situation in the back of my mind. I didn't want to be a pain in the butt for Brandon's wedding. I didn't want AJ to know I was crying. He must have heard me sniffling and walked in the room. I wasn't facing him. He put his hands on my shoulders.
"Please don't cry." he pleaded. He walked around me so that he could face me. Then he wrapped his arms around me trying to comfort me. It was working.
"I'm so sorry." I said.
"Don't be. I was the stupid idiot here."
"You're right." I said half joking.
He laughed a little bit. "Thanks for agreeing."
"You're welcome."
He backed away to look at me. I was still kind of upset. He could tell and made a face at me. I started to laugh. He could always make me feel better one way or the other. He got close to me again and kissed me. When we pulled apart I sighed. I still felt bad but not as bad as I had been.
"Oh yeah there is one more thing I didn't tell you." said AJ.
"Oh yeah? And what's that?"
"I didn't come back alone."
"Oh really."
"Yeah I came back with Chloe and Leah." I started to laugh.
"What's so funny?" he asked confused.
"Well Kelly and Angie were trying to convince them that they were dating Howie and
Kevin and that we knew all of you guys. I wish I could have been there to see their faces."
"Yeah they were surprised to see me there. It was interesting. Leah kept trying to get me to hook her up with Brian. Chloe is an interesting person. She's pretty funny. And now she's mad that you didn't tell her that you're dating me."
"I did tell her I was dating you. I just didn't say that I was dating AJ McLean of the Backstreet Boys. I didn't think it was all that important. You're a regular person. Besides she wouldn't have believed me anyway."
He smiled. "Well let's go over to Kelly and Angie's. That's where Leah and Chloe are."
"Ok." We started walking to the door and Xena followed. I picked her up and we went out the door.
"Oh and Faith?" AJ said.
"Yeah?"
"I love you."
I smiled. "I love you too AJ."
~Chapter 12~
*Kelly and Angie's apartment*
"Hey guys." I said walking into the apartment.
"What a cute dog!!" Chloe said walking over to AJ, who was carrying Xena, and pet it.
"Is it yours?" she asked AJ.
"No it's Faith's." he answered. "She was a birthday present from all of us."
"Oh it's so cute. It's cuter than Fru-fru." she said to me. I laughed.
"Who's Fru-fru?" asked AJ.
"Fru-fru is my parents dog. Actually her name is Missy. Chloe just could never remember her name." I answered rolling my eyes.
"So where are the rest of the guys?" Leah asked.
"I don't know." Angie said. "I'll call them I guess."
"Yay! I want to meet them. Faith! How come you didn't tell me you where dating AJ!?" I shrugged. "I don't know. You wouldn't have believed me!"
"Will you guys shut up? I'm on the phone." Angie snapped. She finally got off and smiled. "Well all the guys are coming over so you guys get to meet them."
"Yes! Brian's coming!" Leah said jumping up and down.
"Leah just promise me that you won?t jump on the poor guy when he gets here." I said.
"I'll try."
We all sat there and talked for awhile and waited for the guys to come. Kevin was the first to get there.
"Hey guys." he said as he let himself in the door.
"Hi!!!" Chloe said and jumped up and gave him a hug.
"Well hello to you to." he said.
"Yo Chloe! Back off he's mine!" Kelly said playfully.
"Ok ok sorry." she said backing away. "I'm just a little excited."
"Ha! A little? You won't even shut up! I know you're more than a little excited." I said.
"Hello." said Howie poking his head in the door way. Before Kevin realized that Howie was there, he close the door on his head.
"OW!!!! Kevin!! That hurt!" Howie yelled."Woops sorry man didn't see ya there."
"Howie are you ok?" Angie asked getting up.
"Will someone answer the phone?" he said. Angie led him into the bathroom to give him some aspirin for his head.
"Good goin' Kev." AJ said laughing.
Kevin blushed. "I'm sorry ok I didn't mean to."
"Sure you didn't" I said.
"Oh hush."
"Hey y'all." Brain said as he and Nick walked him. Leah just sat there and stared at him with her jaw almost to the floor.
"Ok Leah you can stop drooling now. Geez you're drooling more than Xena!" I said.
"Hi!!!" Chloe said and jumped up and gave both of them a hug at the same time.
"You'll have to excuse Chloe she's not quite right in the head tonight." I said with a smirk.
"Oh shut up you." she said and sat back down. Angie and Howie walked out of the bathroom and sat on the floor.
"What's up with D?" Nick asked.
"Kevin shut the door on his head." I answered.
"Kev how can you shut the door on someone's head?"
"I didn't mean to!" he yelled with a smirk on his face.
"Sure you didn't Kevin! He said hi loud enough for everyone to hear then you closed the
door. It's not like he just walked in or anything." Kelly said.
"Hey who's side are you on?" he asked defensively.
"Yours honey but I'm just stating the facts."
"Will someone please answer the phone!!" Howie yelled.
"The phone is not ringing." Angie said.
Two hours passed by. We were having a lot of fun. We spent most of our time picking on each other which was pretty funny. Chloe and Nick weren't getting along very well. I think it was because she kept beating him when they were playing N64. He started making fun of her and saying some mean things. Well if only he knew how strong and short tempered Chloe really is. She started pounding on him. We were in the other room
so we didn't know that anything was wrong until we heard her screaming at him. Kevin and AJ ran in the room and pulled Chloe off Nick. She ended up giving him a black eye. I knew this wasn't supposed to be a funny situation but I just started laughing. Everyone looked at me like I was nuts. They soon started to laugh also. Well except for Nick and Chloe of course.
