This is my tribute to my husband Jim who is Retired USNavy; to one of our sons Charlie who was a Sailor in the USNavy; to our nephew who was a Marine; as well as my tribute to all past, present, and future military of all branches of the armed forces.

As mentioned above, I also want this page to be a tribute to ALL of the US Military everywhere. My family's love and prayers are with you, and your families, as always. THANK YOU to everyone who is reading this and taking the time to share some personal thoughts with me.

We all know that freedom is NOT free as the picture states. Please take a moment in silent prayer for all servicemen and woman who have lost their lives in the line of duty to protect our Country and to keep our freedom for all of us. Remember, they were all sons/daughters/fathers/mothers/uncles/aunts/cousins/brothers/sisters, ETC, of folks just like you and me.

The next time that you are watching a parade and an American Flag passes by, PLEASE take your hat off if you are wearing one and place it over your heart in honor to all those that have fought and died for this Country. If you are not wearing a hat, please place your hand over your heart in this same honor. My family thanks you for this.
